Our company provides a form of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation called Magnetic EEG/EKG-Guided Resonance Therapy (“MeRT”), a non-invasive, outpatient, drug-free treatment. MeRT uses gentle magnetic waves to treat a variety of psychiatric conditions by stimulating the electrical activity in the brain and encouraging neuronal synchronicity. Through the diagnostic tools of the EEG and EKG, each patient is provided with an individualized treatment protocol specific to the patient. There has been extensive research on the efficacy of this treatment for various neurological conditions including but not limited to:
Patients come for treatment every day, Monday through Friday, for two weeks. A treatment session lasts for about 30 minutes. The treatment is outpatient, non-pharmaceutical, and non-invasive. After the first two weeks of treatment, most patients will feel improvement and also see objectively verifiable improvement in their EEG report. The average patient will undergo treatment for six weeks. (Results will vary for each individual).
Results based on internal, non-peer reviewed study conducted by Brain Treatment Center.
