I understand that I must be able to commute to Warwick, Rhode Island or Wellesley, Massachusetts for treatment, Monday through Friday, for two-week intervals.

Our use of a transcranial magnetic stimulation device is being offered “off-label.” The medical device equipment we use is FDA-cleared for certain conditions but not all of the conditions that we treat. The off-label use of a medical device refers to using the device in a manner that is not approved or cleared by the FDA for that particular use.
